Cookies Policy

This policy explains how Hytrenda OÜ (operating as “Topup”) uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and are only used with your consent.
2. Categories we use
- Essential — required for sign-in, security, fraud prevention and completing purchases. They cannot be switched off, and under EU law (ePrivacy Directive, Art. 5(3)) they do not require consent.
- Functional — remember optional preferences to personalise your experience. Used only with your consent.
- Analytics — measure how the site is used so we can improve it. Used only with your consent.
- Advertising — measure marketing campaigns and show relevant offers on other sites. Used only with your consent.
3. Essential cookies and storage

4. Functional, analytics and advertising cookies
We do not currently set any functional, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking or advertising cookies are placed through our site. If we introduce any, they will be listed here with their provider and retention period, and they will only be set after you opt in to that category. Retention for any such cookie will not exceed 13 months.
5. Payment pages
When you pay by card you are redirected to our payment processor’s secure hosted page. The processor and the card schemes (for 3-D Secure authentication) may set their own strictly necessary cookies there for fraud prevention and security; these are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies, linked from our Privacy Policy.
6. Managing your preferences
- On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or customise your choice by category.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — (also linked in the footer of every page). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
- We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if the categories we use change.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or paying.
