Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Topup (the “Service”), operated by Hytrenda OÜ (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are and what we provide

Topup is operated by Hytrenda OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia, with its registered office at Pärnu mnt 106-21, Kesklinna linnaosa, 11312 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.

Topup is a reseller of digital products — prepaid mobile top-ups (airtime and data) and gift-card vouchers — fulfilled through licensed third-party providers. We are a technology and distribution layer; we do not operate the underlying mobile networks or voucher brands.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including recipient phone numbers and email addresses.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or in breach of these terms.

3. Orders, pricing and delivery

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) at checkout and include the amount payable to fulfil your order. Digital products are delivered electronically — top-ups to the phone number you specify, and vouchers as a redemption code to your account inventory and/or email. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, an order is generally final once fulfilment begins.

4. Account balance (store credit)

You may hold a prepaid balance on your account to pay for orders. This balance is closed-loop store credit, redeemable only for products in our catalogue. It is not electronic money, not a deposit, and not redeemable for cash. Full terms are set out in our Balance Terms.

5. Refunds and failed deliveries

If a top-up or voucher cannot be delivered, we will re-attempt fulfilment or refund the amount to your account balance. Refunds are issued to the original method or to your balance at our discretion. Successfully delivered digital products (e.g. a revealed voucher code) are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, resale in breach of a provider’s terms, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its providers.
  • Do not use stolen payment credentials or another person’s identity.

7. Third-party providers

Fulfilment depends on third-party networks and voucher issuers. Their availability, denominations, and regional restrictions can change without notice, and your use of a delivered voucher is also subject to the issuing brand’s own terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Hytrenda OÜ is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
